Dukes Decision Day

May 1st, 2020

The College and Career Resource Center and the PTSA Academic Committee will once again host Dukes Decision Day on Friday, May 1st, 2020, to celebrate Seniors' post-graduation plans - college, military, trade school, and entering the workforce.  Seniors will post their decisions on a giant map in the CCRC.  Each participating senior will receive a Dukes Decision Day pen to commemorate the annual event.  All York students and faculty are excited to see what the future holds for the class of 2020!

Dukes Decision Day is an annual York event sponsored by the College & Career Resource Center and the PTSA Academic Committee.  The event is held on the first day of May, to celebrate seniors' symbolic commitment to the college, military or post secondary plan of their choice.
Seniors are invited to w
ear their college and/or military spirit wear to school and place a marker on the giant map to share their post high school plans.   Faculty and staff also sport their alma mater spirit wear!  Class pens are given to participating seniors by the PTSA Academic Committee, and individual scholarship information for freshman year is collected by the College & Career Resource Center.
