Student Tutors

YORK TUTORING CENTER The York Tutoring Center provides a dedicated space for students needing help with homework, learning new skills, of reinforcing concepts already learned. Students are paired with a Peer Tutor based on the student's individual needs.

OUR MISSION

York High School is committed to creating a culture of critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration in our school.  The Tutor Center facilitates this goal through small group work and one-on-one tutoring.  We believe all students can achieve, yet understand that learning styles vary.  The York Tutor Center provides the flexibility to meet the needs of all learners.
