What Is Yoga Club?
Yoga Club is a group dedicated to the practice of yoga. We practice poses while learning about the practices of yoga and how yoga can be used to manage stress, improve the mind-body connection, and increase strength and flexibility.
How Do I Join?
All York students & staff are welcome to join at any time. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing! You can borrow a yoga mat if you don't have one of your own. We will be meeting 1 day/week (TBD) from 3:15pm - 4:10pm in the Yoga Room or on Wednesday AM in the pool 6:15-7( Yoga room located in the PE wing between the boys and girls locker rooms and the pool is located behind the auditorium). In the pool we have new SUP (stand up paddle boards anchored in the pool to do yoga on). If a student does not wish to do the flow in the pool mats are provided to do this outside the pool.
New student participants need to fill out this Information & Waiver form and return to Ms. Munn.

We meet on Thursdays after school in the Yoga room at 3:15 and Wednesdays before school from 6:15-7. Stop by the yoga room or pool and check it out!
