Annual Green Scene Fundraiser 2013
The York Booster Club is holding our annual “Green Scene” fundraiser/auction, on February 23, 2013, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Diplomat West Banquet Hall in Elmhurst. This is a major fundraiser for the Boosters. The silent auction is made up of donated goods and services from local businesses and supporters.
Tickets can be purchased in advance for $25.00 or $30.00 at the door. Get your tickets on line here!
Who are the Boosters?
The York Booster Club is a not-for-profit organization of York parent volunteers.
Boosters raise funds through membership dues, advertisements in our sports program, sales of York Dukes apparel, football game barbeques and our annual February fundraiser – The Green Scene dinner and auction.
Last year, York Boosters allocated over $55,000 to York teams. In addition, Boosters paid our installment to the Stadium Renovation Fund. Other involvement includes our support of York’s annual Jack Tosh Holiday Basketball Tournament and the J. Kyle Braid Leadership Foundation. Boosters have supported York students from all sports for over 20 years. Here is a list of some of the requests that the Boosters have funded over the past two years:

Volleyball Program - Volleyball Carts, Safety Pads, Balls
Please show your support for York athletics by becoming a member of Boosters. The Century Club Membership is a great value – up to 10 extended family members receive personalized passes that are good for every regular season home game. New this year – that includes home tournaments and invites for all sports for the entire school year – so ALL non-IHSA sponsored events! As an added benefit, Century Club members bypass the admission lines – an exceptional benefit at our football games! Patron and Friends memberships are also available – there’s an option for every York supporter!

Looking For York Dukes Merchandise For Your Event?
The York Boosters donation policy is established in an effort to satisfy the ever increasing number of donation requests. Fans and organizations now have the opportunity to request York Booster merchandise donations.
To request a donation, please complete a Donation Request Form. The request will be brought as an agenda item to the York Boosters Board at the next regularly scheduled business meeting. All donation requests will be considered in strict compliance with the York Booster mission that the York Boosters is non-profit organization run by parent volunteers that supports all of the athletic programs at York High School by raising funds, providing volunteers and promoting spirit.
