Mr. Johnson's Schedule:

This is my sixth year as a math teacher at York.  As a York alum, I am excited to be teaching where I was once a student.  Please feel free to come by the Math Office in A265 and say hello anytime throughout the year!

Here are a few facts about me:

I attended Lincoln, Bryan, York and then Illinois State University where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Teacher Education. Last year I completed my Masters in Teacher Leadership at Elmhurst College.

I am a diehard Chicago Cubs fan (and season ticket holder!), so yes, 2016 was the best year of my life.

I enjoy playing any sport, ping pong, bicycling, reading, traveling, playing cards, and following Chicago sports as well as Redbird basketball. 

I watch way too many television shows.

My favorite food is a poppy seed bagel with plain cream cheese.

I am a sucker for golden retrievers and german shepherds. 

I want to visit Australia more than any other place in the world.

I am thrilled to have an opportunity to teach and coach Tennis at York...go Dukes!
