Stephanie Wilkins, MSEd, ATC

Stephanie is the Lead Athletic Trainer at York Community High School. She is a part of the NovaCare Rehabilitation Sports Medicine team. She is a graduate of the Hope College athletic training education program in Holland, MI. She earned her MSEd from the accredited post-professional athletic training program at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. She played volleyball and ran track at Evanston Township High School.

Leah Friedland MS, ATC

Leah is starting her second year with NovaCare Rehabilitation. She graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with her Bachelor's in Athletic Training. Leah earned her Master's in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Indiana University in Bloomington. Leah grew up outside of Washington, DC and has been living in the Chicagoland area for the last two years. She works out of the clinic on York Rd and North Ave. In her free time, Leah enjoys cooking and watching NFL football and college basketball.

Five Myths About Concussions

Although many people have an idea of what a concussion is, there are still many myths surrounding this injury. Athletic training room opens at 1:30 PM Monday – Friday and closes after the last home practice or game ends.

Saturday and Sunday Athletic Training Room Hours as Needed
