Inspiring People to Care for the Earth

With the help of the Eco Club sponsor at York HS, Bob Blaus, Eco Club students made bat houses from scrap wood. They built 40 bat houses and delivered them in March, to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. York's bat houses will be installed at Starved Rock State Park and along the I and M Canal in Utica. Read more about what this Eco Club is doing! |

Thursday, February 28th- Field trip to Northern Illinois Food Bank- 3:30 – 9:00PM
Pizza provided. Tour LEED Gold certified building before work shift.

Sunday, March 3rd- Indoor Rock Climbing at Vertical Endeavors- 2:00-6:00PM $20.

Sunday, March 17th- Field trip to Starved Rock State Park and I and M Canal. Free.

April 10-12- Annual Used Book Sale in Commons.
Open every lunch period for students, faculty and staff. Open 6:00-8:30 on 4/10 to the public.
